Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
- UK Standard Shipping – £2.99
- Free UK shipping for orders over £45
- Estimated Delivery Time: 2-4 business days
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 service used for all UK orders
- All International orders are subject to customs and duty charge, this will be calculated at checkout and paid by the customer
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched followed by tracking updates.
Shipping & Delivery
- We currently ship within the UK and some parts of Europe
- Delivery time is 2-4 business days in the UK and 5-14 business days to Europe. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email
- If there are any unexpected delays beyond our control (e.g., courier disruptions, extreme weather), we will notify you as soon as possible.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by tracking updates.
Shipping to the EU - Customs & Duty Charges:
All applicable customs duties and import taxes are calculated and included in your order total at checkout — there's nothing more to pay on delivery. Your parcel is shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so it won't be held at customs for unpaid fees.
